Meet Amy
Hi, I’m Amy Parker.
I teach gentle Qigong for women who want to feel steadier, stronger, and more at ease in their bodies.
I’m a Certified Qigong Instructor with a master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. I trained in the Holden Qigong lineage and continue to study with Lee Holden. Before Qigong, I spent many years teaching aquatic fitness and Tai Chi, so I know how to keep movement safe, adaptable, and kind to the body.
In my classes, you move at your own pace, standing or seated. There is nothing to get right.
