Meet Amy

Hi! I’m Amy Parker, and I understand we human beings have many physical, social, and emotional needs which can be addressed through therapeutic recreation activities. I love helping people practice and learn Qigong.

Qigong helps us heal from injuries, disease, emotional pain, and other obstacles which keep us from enjoying life.  It’s brought me to a new place in my own life where I’ve reconnected with nature, my inner peace, and the energy of the spirit surrounding us.
